Biodiversity Survey
We use standardized methods for biodiversity surveys across various species ranging from plants, invertebrates, birds, reptiles, amphibians to mammals. In particular, we conduct wildlife census ( using ground based techniques), forest resource assessment, rangeland inventory and rangeland health assessment.
Environmental Impact Assessment
We specialize in conducting thorough environmental impact assessments tailored for new investment projects, ensuring full compliance with stringent environmental regulations set forth by Tanzanian authorities. Our comprehensive assessments not only assist investors in meeting regulatory requirements but also prioritize sustainable practices to minimize ecological footprints and foster responsible development practices in Tanzania.

Monitoring and Evaluation
We support organizations to monitor and evaluate the progress, results and impacts of their projects, We conduct Socio-economic Surveys, Market Survey, Key Informants Interviews and Focus Group Discussion.
We conduct questionnaire surveys for various projects in different contexts whereby we collect the data using ODK / Kobo Collect tool kit. The qualitative data collected through key informants’ interviews and focus group discussions are recorded using audio recorders. The audio data is transcribed into text for translation into English for further analysis
Carbon Projects Development and Management
Creating credits with carbon projects in Tanzania.
Our dedicated team of experts work with carbon investors to help them with the growing demand for offsetting carbon emission as per Paris Agreement.
We develop projects to provide carbon credits in the following thematic areas
- Forest Carbon: We develop large scale REDD+ projects in community owned forest areas
- Clean cooking : We develop fuel efficient cookstove projects for generating carbon credits
- Mangroves/Blue carbon: We develop mangrove conservation project for generating carbon credits
- Water and sanitation: We develop water projects that prevent the boiling of water before use hence saving firewood and resulting in reduced emission of CO2
- Regenerative agriculture: We develop projects that increase soil organic carbon and reduce CO2 emission from agriculture. We promote practices such as reduced tillage, cover cropping and rotational grazing. Such projects can potentially generate carbon credits.
